Returns & Refunds Policy

All sales are final except in cases of transit damage.

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The return request is made within 10 days of the delivery date.

  • The item was damaged during transit.

  • The damage is reported with clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging.

  • The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Returns requested after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items not damaged during transit

  • Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or normal wear

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Health or personal care items

  • Sale or discounted items

Proof of Damage & Purchase

To request a return, you must provide:

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • Photos clearly showing:

    • Damage to the item

    • Damage to the original shipping packaging

Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

  • You will be notified by email

  • A refund will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time depends on your payment provider

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for items damaged in transit, subject to availability.

Shipping for Approved Returns

If a return is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items sent without approval will be rejected.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
