Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final except in cases of transit damage.
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns only if all of the following conditions are met:

The return request is made within 10 days of the delivery date.

The item was damaged during transit.

The damage is reported with clear photographic evidence of the damaged item and packaging.

The item is unused and returned in its original packaging.
Returns requested after 10 days from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Items not damaged during transit

Items damaged due to customer handling, misuse, or normal wear

Gift cards

Downloadable or digital products

Health or personal care items

Sale or discounted items
Proof of Damage & Purchase
To request a return, you must provide:

Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Photos clearly showing:

Damage to the item
-
Damage to the original shipping packaging

Do not send items back without prior approval. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Refunds (If Approved)
Once your claim is reviewed and approved:

You will be notified by email
-
A refund will be issued to the original payment method
-
Processing time depends on your payment provider
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items damaged in transit, subject to availability.

Shipping for Approved Returns
If a return is approved, you will receive return instructions.
Items sent without approval will be rejected.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
